Fantastic hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast, friendly staff
This is one of the best motel we have stayed. The check in was good and the person was friendly and knowledgable. During our stay the house keeping staff was friendly and always was willing to help. They was always smiling and was happy. The breakfast was one of the best. The kitchen staff was always there to help and they did a outstanding keeping the area clean. Outstanding Best Western.
It's a great location, easy parking, and a great bunch of restaurants close. Our room was clean and the hotel in general is very clean. The hot tub is very nice after a long day of exploring. But there was no internet, and the tv had minimal channel options, which was not great. Due to the wind, the TV was having issues since it was satellite. The breakfast was standard but not restocked well, so when we got down about an hour into it, the food was almost gone, so we went out. They say they have daily housekeeping, but they actually didn't come daily. The beds were ok, but they definitely need better pillows. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice variety of snacks and convenience items, so you dont have to go out. Overall, it was a good stay.
Check in was fast and easy, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, it included a bathtub where I was able to enjoy a hot bath before bed, a mini fridge, microwave, television, plenty of storage space for your things, desk, comfy chair with ottoman. Soap, shampoo, conditioner etc provided. POD style coffee machine provided with coffee, decaf, breakfast tea, and nighttime tea. It is possible to have food delivered to your room. The location is fine, but is far from downtown.

Wonderful bestwestern location, 30 minutes north of Mount Rushmore. Indoor pool and hot tub operating and excellent condition. Fitness center has essential equipment for a good wokout. Breakfast was okay... oatmeal was a struggle, it was nearly a paste by 0800. Mini omelets were nice.
Stayed here numerous times over the years. Nice facility, good breakfast and pet friendly (with lower pet fee than most). Plus cost is generally better than most. We will stay there again when going through Rapid City.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to big king size bad and nice TV plenty of room nice shower and bathroom heated pool Jacuzzi hot breakfast every morning nice vending area and they don't overpriced the snacks close to everything that I need within walking distance while waiting for my truck to be serviced at Floyd's Freightliner
